In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of 8-week mini-trampoline exercise on physical fitness components of 11-12 age group boys. 45 male students, aged 11-12, voluntarily participated in the study. These were divided into two groups as Experiment Group (EG, N = 23) and Control Group (CG, N = 22). While EG was applied mini-trampoline exercise for 30 minutes, two days a week through 8 weeks, it wasn't applied any exercises to CG. Before and after the study, balance, leg strength and body fat percentage tests were applied to the groups. Analysis of Varience with Repeated Measures technique was used to compare the pre and post-test measurements of the groups in terms of the identified features. As a result of the analysis, body fat ratio (P = 0,045) and leg strength (P = 0,000) Group x Pre-test-Post-test interaction effect was found to be significant. Therefore, the effects of the groups on these properties differed significantly compared to the pre-test and post-test. In terms of Anterior / Posterior, only the difference between the group averages was found to be significant in favor of the EG (P = 0.000), whereas only the difference between the pre-test and post-test was significant in terms of Medial Lateral Index (P = 0,004). In terms of Overall Stability Index, neither interaction effect (P = 0,154), group effect (P = 0,078), nor pretest-posttest effect (P = 0,234) were found to be significant. It is thought that it would be appropriate to conduct broader-based studies on the subject in different age and subject groups.
