Otel Faaliyetleri İçin Yapay Zekâ Destekli Uygulamalar

Abstract

Yapay zekânın turizm endüstrisinde endüstri yapısını ve tüketici davranışlarını büyük oranda etkilemesi beklenmektedir. Tüketici davranışlarında beklenen değişimi karşılamak isteyen işletmeler de iş süreçlerinde yapay zekâ destekli uygulamaları kullanmakta ya da kullanmaya hazırlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma otel yöneticilerinin günümüz ve yakın gelecekte iş süreçlerine dâhil edebilecekleri yapay zekâ destekli uygulamaları tespit etmeyi, bu uygulamaları teknolojik alt yapılarına göre sınıflandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla, yapay zekâ üzerinde çalışan, teknoloji üreten, satışını yapan ve ilgili teknolojileri kullanan firmaların web siteleri ve yapay zekâ üzerine yayın ve haber yapan web siteler taranmıştır. Uygulamalara ait bilgiler tarama sonucu bulunan ürün katalogları ve web sitelerinden doküman analizi ile elde edilmiştir. Sektörde halen kullanılmakta olan ürünlerle birlikte yakın gelecekte kullanılabilecek uygulamalar tespit edilmiştir. Uygulamalar kullanım alanına göre gruplandırılmış ve uygulama grupları ürünün tasarımında kullanılan teknolojik alt yapılarına göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Çalışma konaklama sektöründe yapay zekâ kullanımı alanında kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturmuştur.

Artificial Intelligence Supported Applications for Hotel Activities

Abstract

Recent technological developments have led the hospitality industry to seek new ways to support and manage tourism products and services. The industry has started to widely use artificial intelligently applications and devices in their daily operation. This study aims to identify the applications that hotel managers can include in their business processes today and in the near future, and to classify these applications according to their technological infrastructure. For this purpose, the websites of companies working on artificial intelligence, producing technology, selling and using related technologies, and websites that broadcast and news about artificial intelligence were scanned. The information about the applications was obtained by document analysis from the catalogs and websites. The applications were grouped according to their usage area and the applications groups were classified according to the technological infrastructures used in the design of the product. The study aims to create a conceptual framework in the field of artificial intelligence use in the accommodation sector.
