In this study, transition probabilities for transitions between some levels in nitrogen atom have been calculated employing the weakest bound electron potential model (WBEPM) theory. Using parameters obtained from this theory, matrix elements have evaluated and the transition probabilities have been determined. Accuracy of present results has been tested by comparision with the results obtained at theoretical and experimental studies presently available in the literatüre.
