Altın Otu Bitkisinden (Helichrysum arenarium) Tanen ve Kumarinin Kimyasal Kompozisyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Altın Otu bitkisinin bileşiminde
bulunan tanen ve kumarinlerin kimyasal kompozisyonunu GC-MS cihazı ile
belirlemektir. Altın otunun incelenmesi sonucu içerisinde eterik yağ flavonlar
ve flavon glikozitleri, sterinler, acı maddeler ve çeşitli tanenler ile
kumarinler tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen bitkinin yapısında tanenlerden “Glikolik
asit glisin N-(3-alfa,5-beta,7-alfa,12-alfa)-3,7,12-trihidroksi-24-oksolan”
kumarinlerden ise “1,3-difenil-1,3,5,5-tetrametil siklotrisiloksan”  ve “Oktasiloksan
1,1,3,3,5,5,7,7,9,9,11,11,13,13,15,15-hekzadekametil” bulunmuştur.
