Abstract
In recent years, the world's population quickly began to change the structure of problems
with decreasing population has revealed the need for social care. European Union, the world's
one of every 14 people lived as a community, not only political and economic, demographic,
has an important position as the world. The European Union to implement the project as an
important place and who will undertake a major role in the future, young people need within
EU's changing demographic structure are of great importance. Therefore, installation of the
relevant work directly with young people with the changing demographic structure has
become a necessity. The aim of our study also, the EU in the field of youth work within the
framework of legal regulations related to youth, youth with the relevant governmental
institutions, the EU was carried out with the youth policy revealed.
Abstract
Son yıllarda dünya nüfusunun yapısının hızlı bir şekilde değişmeye başlaması azalan nüfus ile ilgili sorunlarla ilgilenme gereğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Avrupa Birliği de, dünyadaki her 14 kişiden birinin yaşadığı bir topluluk olarak sadece politik ve ekonomik değil, demografik olarak da dünyada önemli bir konuma sahiptir. Avrupa Birliği projesinin hayata geçirilmesinde önemli bir yeri olan ve gelecekte de büyük roller üstlenecek olan gençler, Avrupa Birliği’nin değişen demografik yapısı içerisinde büyük öneme sahiptirler. Bu nedenle doğrudan doğruya gençlerle ilgili çalışmaların yapılması değişen demografik yapı ile birlikte bir gereklilik haline gelmiştir. Çalışmamızın amacı da, AB’nin gençlik alanındaki çalışmaları çerçevesinde, gençlik ile ilgili yasal düzenlemeleri, gençlik ile ilgili devlet kurumlarını, AB ile yürütülen gençlik politikalarını ortaya koymaktır.
