Derim Öncesi Aminoetoksi-vinilglisin (AVG) Uygulamalarının 0900 Ziraat Kiraz Çeşidinin Soğukta Muhafazası ve Raf Ömrü Kalitesi Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada bir bitki büyüme düzenleyicisi olan ReTain® (%15 Aminoetoksi-vinilglisin)’in hasat öncesi uygulamalarının Eğirdir
koşullarında yetiştirilen kuş kirazı (Prunus avium L.) üzerine aşılı 0900 Ziraat kiraz çeşidinin soğukta muhafazası ve raf ömrü kalitesi
üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla tahmini hasattan 25 gün önce 50, 100 ve 150 mg L-1 dozlarında ReTain® ağaçlara püskürtme
şeklinde uygulanmıştır. Optimum hasat zamanında derilen meyveler 6 hafta süre ile modifiye atmosfer paketleri (Xtend®) içerisinde 0oC
sıcaklık ve %90±5 oransal nem koşullarında depolanmıştır. Depolama periyodu süresince haftalık alınan meyve örneklerinde; ağırlık kaybı,
meyve kabuk rengi, sertlik, suda çözünebilir kuru madde ve titre edilebilir asit miktarı analizleri yapılmıştır. Uygulamaların raf ömrü
kalitesine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla haftalık alınan örnekler 20oC de 2 gün süreyle bekletildikten sonra kalite analizleri tekrarlanmıştır.
Çalışma sonucunda 50 mg L-1 dozunda AVG uygulamasının 0900 Ziraat kiraz çeşidinin muhafaza ve raf ömrü süresince meyve kalitesini
daha iyi koruduğu belirlenmiştir

Abstract

Effects of pre-harvest applications of plant growth regulator; ReTain® (active ingredient: Aminoethoxyvinylglycine 15%) on cold storage and shelf life quality of 0900 Ziraat sweet cherry cultivar grafted on Prunusavium L. rootstock which is grown in Egirdir Region were determined in this research. For this purpose ReTain® within concentrations of 50, 100 and 150 mg L-1 was applied as a spray 25 days before harvest. Fruits were harvested at the optimum harvest date and were stored in modified atmosphere packages (Xtend®) at 0oC temperature and 90±5 % relative humidity conditions during 6 weeks. During the storage period, weekly taken fruit samples were analyzed for fruit quality parameters which are: weight loss, fruit peel colour, firmness, total soluble solid and titratable acidity. To determine the effects of treatments on shelf life fruit samples held for 2 days at 20° C and the same analyses were conducted. Results of this study indicated that application concentration of 50 mg L-1 of AVG had significant effects on protecting fruit quality during both storage and shelf life period of 0900Ziraat sweet cherry cultivar
