The journal utilizes paid services for the processes of evaluation, layout, and peer review. Therefore, fees are charged regardless of whether the article is accepted or rejected. This practice is in accordance with the decision taken by the General Assembly of the Council of Higher Education on 07/03/2019.

The fees are transaction-based. Authors whose articles are published will have paid a total of 2,500 TL. The payment receipt must be uploaded to the system as an additional file addressed to the editor. An initial submission fee of 500 TL is paid at the first stage. Articles that pass the preliminary review are taken into the peer-review process. Before this process begins, an editorial fee of 1,500 TL must be paid. For articles that proceed from the peer-review stage to the publication process, an additional 500 TL is required. In order for each stage to begin, the corresponding payment receipt must be uploaded to the system beforehand. Fees paid by authors whose articles are rejected by the referees will not be refunded. Payment of the fee does not guarantee the publication of the article.
