1. Verifying the accuracy, comprehensiveness, and impartiality of all outputs generated by artificial intelligence and checking the presented sources,
2. Rigorously editing and adapting all material,
3. Explaining where and how they used the utilized artificial intelligence tools in the relevant part of the article,
4. It is the author's responsibility to clearly and transparently state the form of utilization and support in this regard to the readers, and to separate the elements that add originality to the article.
Transparency: In case Author/s utilize generative artificial intelligence tools or artificial intelligence-supported programs in the study; they are obliged to explain this situation in the “Declaration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage” section located at the end of the article. This declaration should not be limited to listing only the names of the tools used. It must be stated in detail which artificial intelligence tool was used in which section of the article (E.g., Introduction, Methods, Discussion, etc.) and for what purpose. In cases where multiple artificial intelligence tools or supported programs are utilized, the name of each tool, the section where it was used, and the purpose of usage must be defined separately.
Images: In studies where generative artificial intelligence is the subject of the research, images generated or manipulated by artificial intelligence may be included. In studies other than this, images generated or manipulated by artificial intelligence cannot be included!
Accountability: All scientific and ethical obligations related to the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) during the research and article writing process belong to the author/s.
For Reviewers;
Since uploading the article to artificial intelligence tools would violate the author's privacy and copyrights, reviewers cannot utilize generative artificial intelligence tools during the evaluation process!
For Editors;
