In the Journal of Turkish Academic Research Review, studies such as copyright and translation articles, manuscript critics and translations; symposiums, seminars, conferences, panels, experimental, descriptive and theoretical studies; model suggestions, etc. are published in all fields of Social Sciences and Humanities, History, Culture and Art, Economic, Communication, Law, Administrative Sciences, Philosophy and Religious Studies and Education related to human and society Studies.
The studies submitted to our journal should not have been previously published and should not be in the publication process in another journal.
The publication language is Turkish, but articles in English, German, Spanish, French, Arabic and Persian are also published.
The Journal of Turkish Academic Research Review is an academic and international peer-reviewed journal that publishes four issues (March, June, September and December) in a year.
The studies submitted to the journal are reviewed in terms of the conformity with purpose, scope, content, method and writing rules by the editorial board. The articles approved by the board are directed to two referees in the relevant field to be evaluated in terms of their scientific properties. After the Article Evaluation Process, the studies are;
• published if both referees report "CAN BE PUBLISHED".
• sent back to authors for making corrections stated by referee/s if one or both of the referees report "CAN BE PUBLISHED WITH REVISION".
• sent to the third referee if one of the referees' reports "CANNOT BE PUBLISHED" and evaluation process is carried out based on the report of this referee.
The article whose decision to publish is taken is placed in the publication order. Referee reports are confidential. The author (s) are informed about their work during the process.
The authors should consider the reports of the editorial board and referees. Scientific and legal responsibility of the published articles belongs to the author. The editorial board is free to publish the submitted studies. The studies submitted are not returned whether they are published or not. The published articles of the authors can be removed from the publication in line with the decision of the editorial board. The published articles cannot be withdrawn except the editorial board decision. Copyright fee is not paid to the authors.
All rights of the published articles belong to the Journal of Turkish Academic Research Review. Without providing references, citations cannot be made from the articles published in the journal.
Turkish Academic Research Review is an e-journal in which scientific and research-based academic articles are published.
The studies submitted to the journal for publication are firstly reviewed by the Editor, Assistant Editor and Editorial Board. Later, they are sent to the referees. The referees declare whether they accept evaluating (refereeing) within 7 (seven) days. The studies reviewed should comply with the journal's publication policy. The works accepted to be published by the referees are in the journal.
The authors can publish their work published in this journal before and after the publication, on personal websites or incorporate archives, by reference to this journal by the librarianship rules.
