Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı tasarımın tüm evreleri için bina inşaat maliyeti tahminine yönelik Türkiye’de kullanılan veri tabanlarının yapılarının tanımlanması ve dünyadaki benzer örneklerle karşılaştırılarak zayıf yönlerinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Ayrıca Türkiye’deki bu veri tabanlarının, daha güvenilir maliyet tahminlerinin yapılmasına imkan verecek biçimde iyileştirilmesine yönelik çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmasıdır.

Comparing The Databases Used in the Construction Cost Estimate in Turkey with Similar Databases in the World

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the structure of cost data bases which are used for building cost estimating in different design stages in Turkey and then to determine the problems of these cost data bases by comparing them with other cost data bases which are used in the world. Besides that, there will be advices to improve the cost data bases for more reliable cost estimating in Turkey.
