Basılı Yayınlarda Artırılmış Gerçeklik Kullanımı

Abstract

Artırılmış gerçeklik, gerçek dünyanın üzerine sanal verilerin üst üste bindirilerek sayısal bilgi eklenmesidir. Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte artırılmış gerçeklik teknolojisi akıllı telefonlara ve tabletlere indirilen uygulamalar sayesinde, kişilere etkileşimli ortamlar sunmaktadır. Basım ve yayıncılıkta artırılmış gerçeklik teknolojisi okuyucuya bir katalog, gazete, dergi veya kitap sayfasında sunulandan daha fazlasını iletmek ve okuyucuyla etkileşimi artırmak için uygulanmaktadır. Dijitalleşme ve insan bilgisayar etkileşimi, basılı yayınlara da fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Artırılmış gerçeklik teknolojisi bir bakıma zaman ve mekandan tasarruf edilmesini sağlamakta, belgelere erişebilmenin getirdiği rahatlık, okurken eğlenerek öğrenme ve çevre dostu olması gibi özellikleriyle öne çıkmaktadır. Yazılı basının dijital iletişim ortamlarındaki yerini güçlendirerek, daha fazla okurla etkileşime girebilmesini sağlamaktadır. “Basılı Yayınlarda Artırılmış Gerçeklik Kullanımı” başlıklı bu çalışmada artırılmış gerçeklik basılı yayınlarla ilişkilendirilerek ayrıntılı bir biçimde ele alınmıştır.

Use of Augmented Reality In Printed Publications

Abstract

Augmented reality is the insertion of digital data by overlapping virtual data with real life. Along with the developing technology, augmented reality technology offers individuals interactive environments through applications downloaded to smartphones and tablets. Augmented reality technology is applied in order to deliver more than what is offered to the reader through catalogues, newspapers, magazines or book pages, and to increase the interaction with the reader in the printing and publishing sector. Digitalization and human-computer interaction offers opportunities for printed publications, as well. Augmented reality technology in a way saves time and place, and it is distinguished through its qualities such as the comfort that the ability to reach documents brings, learning through fun activities while reading, and its environmentally friendly features. It enables the printed publications to interact with more readers through strengthening its place within digital communication environments. Augmented reality is discussed in detail through its association with printed publications in this study titled "Use of Augmented Reality in Printed Publications.”
