                            <p>According to the Khakas’s belief the water spirit is female. Water is the source of abundance, fertility and happiness but at the same time is the soruce of catastrophe and demlition. The water spirit has humanistic characteristics. Khakas are given sacrifice to please the water spirit. One shouldn’t annoy the water spirit. Water is directly related to women’s prolificacy. Accordin to the Altains mythological belief, the origin of the world is related to water</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Hakasların inancına göre su iyesi dişidir. Su bereketin, bolluğun, saadetin kaynağıdır ama aynı zamanda da felaket ve yıkımın da kaynağıdır. Su iyesi insani özelliklere sahiptir. Hakaslar, su iyesini memnun etmek için kurban sunarlar. Su iyesini kızdırmamak gerekir. Su, kadının doğurganlığı ile doğrudan ilişkilidir. Altaylıların mitolojik inançlarına göre dünyanın başlangıcı su ile bağlantılıdır</p></abstract>
