                            <p>Vaka örneğimiz, Hamidiye Tıp Fakültesi 2023-2024 program değerlendirmesi sürecinde kullandığımız yenilikçi bir uygulamayı incelemektedir. Çalışmada amacımız bilinen ve güvenilir bir program değerlendirme yöntemi olan “Kirkpatrick” modelini bir üst seviyeye taşımak, mezun öğrencilerimizin çalıştığı kliniklerdeki hocaları ile derinlemesine görüşmeler yapmak ve sonuçları sunmaktır. Bu yöntemle hem nitel hem de nicel verilerle program değerlendirmemizi güçlendirmek, mezun öğrencilerimizin bilgi, beceri ve tutum hedeflerine ne oranda ulaştıklarını incelemek ve vaka örneğimizi uygulamak isteyen meslektaşlarımız için iyi bir çerçeve sunmayı hedefledik. Program değerlendirmemiz için etik kurul onayı ve nitel görüşmeler için tüm katılımcılardan aydınlatılmış olur alınmıştır.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Our case study examines an innovative practice implemented during the 2023–2024 program evaluation process at Hamidiye Faculty of Medicine. The aim of this study is to advance the well-established and reliable “Kirkpatrick” program evaluation model by conducting in-depth interviews with the faculty members supervising our graduates in their clinical workplaces and by presenting the findings. Through this approach, we sought to strengthen our program evaluation with both qualitative and quantitative data, to investigate the extent to which our graduates have achieved the intended knowledge, skills, and attitude outcomes, and to provide a practical framework for colleagues who may wish to apply this method in their own settings. Ethics committee approval was obtained for our program evaluation, and informed consent was secured from all participants for the qualitative interviews.</p></abstract>
