Tibiada intraosseös ksantom: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Amaç: İntraosseöz ksantomalar az görülen benign tümörlerdir. Ksantomalı hastaların çoğunluğuna hiperlipidemi eşlik eder. Burada serum lipid değerleri normal olan bir intraosseöz ksantoma olgusu sunuldu. Olgu sunumu: Ağrı yakınması ile başvuran kadın hasta radyolojik inceleme ile basit kemik kisti ön tanısı aldı. Lezyonun cerrahi eksizyonu yapıldı. Histopatolojik incelemede lipid yüklü histiyositler, dev hücreler ve kolesterol kleftleri içeren benign lezyon tanımlandı. Sonuç: Proksimal tibiada oluşmuş bir intraosseöz ksantoma olgusu az görülmesi nedeniyle sunuldu
