Osmanlı tarihinde padişahların hayatları ve yaşadıkları dönemleri anlatan eserlerin başında Selimnameler gelir. Bu makalede incelenen eser 1. Selim dönemini anlatmaktadır. Manzum-mensur olarak değerlendirilen eserde eksik kısımlar olmakla birlikte eser, 78 el yazması nüshadan oluşmaktadır. Kayıtlarda Muhyî adıyla yer alan Selimname'nin yazarının kaynaklarda bahsedilen yaklaşık altı Muhyî mahlaslı şairden hangisi olduğu tam olarak tespit edilememiştir. Eserin konusundan ve dilinden anlaşılabildiği kadarıyla eserin telif tarihinin 15. yüzyılın sonları 16. yüzyılın başlarına ait olduğu söylenebilir. Bu makalede Konya İzzet Koyunoğlu Kütüphanesinde bulunan 13335 numaralı Selimname’nin yazma nüshasını tanıtarak eserdeki Eski Anadolu Türkçesine ait unsurları tespit etmek amaçlanmış ve eser Latin alfabesine aktarılarak bu alana ait çalışmaların da katkısıyla eserdeki fonetik ve morfolojik özellikler tespit edilip incelenmiştir.
Selimname’s are the first of the works describing the lives and periods of sultans in Ottoman history. The work studied in this article also describes the period of Selim I. The work consists of 78 manuscript copies, although there are missing parts in the work, which are considered to be poetic-prose. It has not been determined exactly which of the six Muhyî pseudonymous poets mentioned in the sources is the author of the Selimname, whose name is Muhyî in the records. As far as it can be understood from the subject and language of the work, the copyright date of the work belongs to end of the 15th century or the turn of the 16th century. In this article, it is aimed to identify the elements belonging to the Old Anatolian Turkish in the work by introducing the writing copy of Selimname no. 13335 located in Konya Izzet Koyunoglu Library and the work was transliterated to the Latin alphabet and phonetic and morphological features in the work were identified and examined with the contribution of studies in this field.
