Konjenital Musküler Tortikollis ve Birlikte Gelişen Deformasyonel Plagiosefalinin Ev Fizyoterapi Programına Yanıtlarının İncelenmesi

Abstract






Amaç: Bu çalışma deformasyonel plagiosefali ve konjenital musküler tortikollisin ev fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon programına cevabının araştırılması amacıyla planlandı.

Yöntem: Yaşları 0-6 ay arasında değişen konjenital musküler tortikollisi ve deformasyonel plagiosefalisi olan 32 bebek çalışmanın katılımcılarıydı. Bebekler fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon ev programıyla izlendi. İlk karşılaşmada, altıncı, 12. ve 18. haftalarda bebekler, Kas Fonksiyon Ölçeği, pasif boyun eklem hareketleri, baş tilti, Plagiosefali Şiddet Değerlendirme Ölçeği ve kulak şifti ölçümü ile değerlendirildiler.

Sonuçlar: Konjenital musküler tortikollisde, ilk ve altıncı hafta ile altıncı ve 12. haftalar arasında belirgin düzelme gözlemlendi (p<0,05), Onikinci haftada bu düzelme platoya ulaştı (p>0,05). Deformasyonel plagiosefali için, ilk ve altıncı hafta, altıncı hafta ve 12. haftalar arasında gözlenen düzelme, 12. ve 18. haftalar boyunca da devam etti (p<0,05). Onsekizinci haftada baş simetrisinde önemli iyileşme sağlanmasına rağmen, tedavi sürecinin sonunda hala baş düzleşmesi mevcuttu.

Tartışma: Çalışmada konjenital musküler tortikollisin fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyonla üç ay içerisinde iyileşme gösterdiği halde, deformasyonel plagiosefalinin tedaviye ihtiyacının devam ettiği görüldü.
