Natriüretik Peptidler

Abstract

Nörohormonların kalp yetmezliği olan hastaların dolaşımına salındığı ve aktive olduğu iyi bilinmesine rağmen terapötik önemi ancak geçtiğimiz 10-15 yıl içinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Vücut, simpatik sinir sistemi ve renin-anjiotensin sisteminden salınan vazokonstriktör nörohormonların etkisine karşı, vazodilatatör antiproliferatif natriüretik peptidler üretir. Homeostazisi sağlamak amacıyla üretilen bu peptidler, dolaşımda ve kalp yetmezliğinde önemli rol oynamaktadırlar 1 .
