<p>Aim: This study aimed to examine the relationship between aging anxiety, sexual life quality and subjective happiness of middle-aged women.Method: The cross-sectional analytical study was conducted with 293 middle-aged women recruited online. Data collection utilized the Personal Information Form, the Aging Anxiety Scale for Middle‐Aged Women, the Sexual Quality of Life Questionnaire-Female, and the Subjective Happiness Scale. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 software package.Findings: In the study, the mean scores for middle-aged women were 57.38±10.69 for Aging Anxiety, 64.86±15.49 for Sexual Quality of Life, and 17.60±3.66 for Subjective Happiness. As women&#039;s ages increased, their Physical Weakness increased (r=0.169, p=0.004), while their Sexual Quality of Life decreased (r=-0.171, p=0.003). A statistically significant negative relationship (r=-0.232, p&amp;lt;0.001) was found between women&#039;s Aging Anxiety and their Subjective Happiness, while a statistically significant positive relationship (r=0.343, p&amp;lt;0.001) was found between Sexual Quality of Life and Subjective Happiness. In the multiple regression analysis, it was determined that participants&#039; Aging Anxiety and Sexual Quality of Life affected their Subjective Happiness by 13.5% (F=23.811, p&amp;lt;0.001).Conclusion: The findings indicate that aging anxiety and sexual quality of life are related to subjective happiness in middle-aged women, and that these two variables significantly affect subjective happiness. The fact that the participants&#039; subjective happiness scores were above average is an encouraging result. At this stage, it is thought that women&#039;s subjective happiness can be further increased by implementing practices that reduce their anxiety about aging and support their sexual lives.</p></trans-abstract>
