NADİR BİR OLGU: KOMBİNE TÜMÖR YÜKSEK DERECELİ NÖROENDOKRİN KARSİNOM ALANI İÇEREN SKUAMÖZ HÜCRELİ KARSİNOM

Year 2024, Volume: 5 Issue: 2, 43 - 47, 30.09.2024

Abstract

Pulmoner Nöroendokrin Tümör (NET) bronş ve bronşial epitelinde dağınık olarak yerleşim gösteren nöroendokrin hücrelerden (kultchisky hücreleri-enterokromaffin hücreleri) köken aldığı düşünülen tümörlerdir. NET sınıflamasında yer alan Büyük Hücreli Nöroendokrin Karsinom(BHNEK) adenokarsinom, skuamöz hücreli karsinom, iğsi hücreli karsinom gibi bir başka küçük hücreli dışı karsinom ile birlikte görülecek olursa "Kombine Büyük Hücreli Nöroendokrin Karsinom" olarak isimlendirilir. Olgumuzda " Yüksek dereceli nöroendokrin karsinom alanı içeren skuamöz hücreli karsinom" vakasını takdim ettik
