Finans sektörünün gereksinimi olarak gündeme gelen blokzincir teknolojisi hakkında son zamanlarda başta sağlık, eğitim, hukuk, yayıncılık sektörü, bilimsel bilişim ve bilgi yönetimi gibi alanlarda da bahsedilmeye başlanmıştır.
Makale, teknolojinin özellikle bilgi yönetimi üzerine etkilerinin yanı sıra bilimsel bilişim, açık veri, açık bilim konuları üzerindeki etkilerini açıklamaya çalışmaktadır.

How does Blockchain Technology use in the Field of Information Retrieval? Current State and Potentials

Abstract

Blockchain
technology, which first comes to the agenda as the need for the financial
sector, has also been mentioned, especially in the field of health, education,
law, publishing industry, scholarly communication, and information management.

The
article aims to explain the effects of technology, especially in the library
sector, as well as its impact on scholarly communication, open data, and open
science.
