Eş Zamanlı Primer Akciğer, Böbrek ve Mesane Tümörleri Olan Bir Olgu

Abstract

Bir hastada farklı organlarda eş zamanlı birden fazla tümöre rastlanması nadir bir durumdur. Primer üç tümör saptanan 61 yaşındaki hastaya transizyonel hücreli mesane tümörü, böbrekte adenokarsinom ve akciğerde küçük hücreli akciğer kanseri tanıları konuldu.

Birden fazla organda görülen tümöral oluşumlarda metastaz olma ihtimalinin yanı sıra ikinci veya üçüncü primer tümör olasılıklarını da düşünmek ve bu yönde tanısal girişimleri yapmak, hastanın tedavi şekli ve prognozu açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Abstract
Synchronous occurrence of different solid tissue tumors is a rare condition. We present a 61 years old male patient who had renal cell carcinoma, transitional cell cancer of the bladder and small cell
carcinoma of the lung at the same time. It is essential to consider about a secondary or tertiary tumors as well as a metastatic tumor when a patient had tumor in different organs. Diagnosis of these tumors is very important for the therapy and prognosis of the patient.
