Adler Yaklaşımında Aile Danışmanlığı

Abstract

Adler aile danışmanlığı yaklaşımı, aile danışmanlığı kuramları içerisinde köklü bir geçmişe sahiptir. Bireylerin davranışlarının, amaçlarının ve sorunlarının kendi aile sistemleri içerisinde anlaşılabileceğini vurgulayan Adler aile danışmanlığının kuramsal çerçevesi ve uygulamaları alanyazında uzun yıllardır tartışılmaktadır. Ancak bu yaklaşımın Türkiye’deki uygulamalarına ilişkin çalışmaların yetersiz olduğu görülmektedir. Bu nedenle, bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Adler aile danışmanlığı yaklaşımının temel ilkelerinin ve amaçlarının, danışma süreci basamaklarının, kullanılan uygulamaların ve tekniklerin gözden geçirilmesi ve Türk kültürü açısından uygulanabilirliğinin tartışılmasıdır. Bu çalışmanın, ailelerle çalışan uzmanların ve halen bu alanda eğitimini sürdüren bireylerin dikkatini Adler aile danışmanlığı yaklaşımına çekeceği ve bu yaklaşımla ilgili ileride yapılacak kuramsal ve uygulamalı araştırmalar için kaynak oluşturacağı düşünülmektedir.
