Flört Kaygısına İlişkin Davranışçı Yaklaşıma Dayalı Bireyle Psikolojik Danışma: Vaka Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, flört kaygısı yaşayan üniversite öğrencisi ile gerçekleştirilen yedi oturumluk bir psikolojik danışma sürecine yer verilmiştir. Süreç sonunda danışanın yaşadığı flört kaygısını azaltmak hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla davranışçı yaklaşım ve müdahale teknikleri kullanılarak danışanın flört kaygısı ile baş etmesinde gerekli olduğu düşünülen iletişim becerilerini kazanması yönünde çalışılmıştır. Danışanın kaygı düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla Kalkan (2008) tarafından geliştirilen Flört Kaygısı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Uygulanan ön test ve son test sonucunda danışanın flört kaygısında belirgin bir düşüş gözlenmiştir. Buna göre danışan; göz kontağı kurma, rahat ve doğal davranma, konuşulacak bir konu bulma, yüksek ses tonuyla konuşma, yüz yüze görüşme, sesi titremeden ve yüzü kızarmadan konuşma, karşı cins tarafından beğenilme gibi konularda daha az kaygı yaşar hale gelmiştir.
