The Moderator Effect of Perception of Social Self-Efficacy in the Relationship Between

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the perception of social self-efficacy on university students’ communication apprehension and entrepreneurial intention levels. The data for the research were obtained by applying a questionnaire to Bayburt University students. The obtained data were subjected to appropriate analyses using SPSS and AMOS programs. As a result of these analyses, it was concluded that the communication apprehension of the students participating in the research had a negative and significant effect on their entrepreneurial intention, and the perception of social self-efficacy had a moderating effect on this effect.

İletişim Kaygısı ve Girişimcilik Niyeti İlişkisinde Sosyal Özyeterlik Algısının Düzenleyici Rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; üniversite öğrencilerinin iletişim kaygısı ve girişimcilik niyeti düzeyleri üzerinde sosyal özyeterlik algısının değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmaya yönelik verilere Bayburt Üniversitesi öğrencilerine anket uygulanarak ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılarak uygun analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Bu analizler sonucunda araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin iletişim kaygısının girişimcilik niyeti üzerinde olumsuz ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu ve söz konusu bu etki üzerinde sosyal özyeterlik algısının düzenleyici bir etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
