Abstract
Retroperitoneal liposarkom oldukça ender görülen malign bir tümör olup prognozu kötüdür. Kliniğimize başvuran 53 yaşındaki hasta sağ parametrial kitle ön tanısı ile opere edildi. Operasyon sırasında kitlenin sağ retroperitoneal alana yerleşik olduğu görüldü. Patoloji sonucu iyi diferansiye liposarkom olarak değerlendirildi.

Abstract
Retroperitoneal liposarcoma is a very rare malignant tumor with poor prognosis. A 53 years old female patient was operated at our department with an early diagnosis of right adnexial mass. Intraoperatively the mass was determined in retroperitoneal area. Pathological examination showed a well differentiated liposarcoma.
