Bu araştırmanın amacı küresel bir salgın haline gelen Covid-19 salgınının sosyal çalışmacıların ev ziyaretleri uygulamalarına yansımalarını keşfetmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırma nitel araştırma yöntem ve teknikleri kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sosyal hizmetler alanında farklı kurum ve kuruluşlar bünyesinde görev yapan 15 sosyal çalışmacı ile gerçekleştirilen araştırmada katılımcılara amaçlı ve kartopu örnekleme yöntemi ile ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcılar ile yüz yüze ve çevrim içi görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde MAXQDA 22 programı kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda; sosyal çalışmacıların ev ziyaretleri algısı, pandeminin ev ziyaretlerine yansımaları, pandemi döneminde ev ziyaretlerinde karşılaşılan zorluklar ve ev ziyaretlerinin geleceğini düşünmek şeklinde dört ana temaya ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları pandemi döneminin sosyal çalışmacıların gerçekleştirdiği ev ziyaretlerine etkisinin olduğu bulunmuştur ve bu etkinin pandemi döneminin ardından da devam edeceği vurgulanmıştır.
The aim of this research is to explore the reflections of the Covid-19 epidemic, which has become a global epidemic, on the home visits practices of social workers. For this purpose, the research was carried out using qualitative research methods and techniques. In the research conducted with 15 social workers working in different institutions and organizations in the field of social services, the participants were reached with purposeful and snowball sampling method. Face-to-face and online interviews were conducted with the participants. The MAXQDA 22 program was used in the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the analysis; Four main themes were reached: the perception of home visits by social workers, the reflection of the pandemic on home visits, the difficulties encountered in home visits during the pandemic period, and thinking about the future of home visits. Research findings have found that the pandemic period has an effect on home visits by social workers, and it has been emphasized that this effect will continue after the pandemic period.
