Halbuki sosyal hizmetin bilgi, değer ve beceri temeli bize bunun tam tersini söyler; sosyal hizmete içkin pek çok özellik bu ayrışmayı anlamsız kılar. Sosyal hizmet eğitimi ve uygulaması çokdisiplinliliğe bu kadar vurgu yaparken, yapılan her araştırma mikro-mezo-makro önerilerle bitirilirken birliktelik üzerinde durmak yerine alanı niye keskin çizgilerle ayırıyoruz? Bu makale dünyadan mikro-makro ortaklığıyla ilgili iyi uygulama örneklerini derleyerek odak noktasını ayrışmadan ziyade birlikteliğe çekmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Dünyadaki konjonktürel durum ve sosyal bilimlerdeki tartışmalarla şekillenen sosyal hizmet eğitimi ve uygulamasındaki mikro-makro ayrışması tartışılmıştır. İyi uygulama örnekleri kadına yönelik şiddet, sağlık, eğitim ve insan hakları alanlarından seçilerek mikro ve makronun ortak ve birbirini tamamlayan/kapsayan yanlarına vurgu yapılmıştır.</p>

<p>Working with the community, which is an intervention method of macro practice, and clinical social work, which is an intervention area of micro practice, have been treated as separate fields both in the literature and in practice for a very long time. However, the knowledge, value and skill basis of social work tells us the opposite; many features inherent in social work make this distinction meaningless. While social work education and practice puts so much emphasis on multidisciplinarity, why do we divide the field with sharp lines instead of focusing on unity, while every research is concluded with micro-meso-macro suggestions? This article aims to draw the focus on togetherness rather than separation by compiling good practice examples of micro-macro partnerships from around the world. The micro-macro distinction in social work education and practice, shaped by the cyclical situation in the world and discussions in social sciences, is discussed. Good practice examples were selected from the fields of violence against women, health, education and human rights, and the common/complementary/inclusive aspects of micro and macro were emphasized.</p></trans-abstract>
