1804-1813 Rus-İran Savaşı’nın Başlıca Nedenleri Üzerine

Abstract

Rusya
İmparatorluğu’nun XVIII. asrın son çeyreğinden itibaren Kafkasların güneyine
inerek, İran ve Osmanlı devletlerinin nüfuz alanına giren topraklarda yayılmaya
başlaması, dış politika bağlamında savaş, diplomasi ve daha birçok enstrümanın
son raddesine kadar kullanıldığı bir süreci beraberinde getirmiştir. Rusların Güney
Kafkasya’da mukim bulunan Gürcü ve Ermeni nüfusu kendilerine bağlamak suretiyle
diğer Müslüman hanlıklar üzerine gerçekleştirmiş oldukları işgal faaliyetleri,
çok geçmeden yoğun bir muhalefetle karşılaşmış, İran’da iktidarı elinde tutan
Kaçar Hanedanı’nın da öncüllerinin geleneksel politikalarından taviz vermemesi sebebiyle,
bölgede 9 yıl boyunca çeşitli fasılalarla devam edecek olan 1804-1813 Rus-İran
Savaşı patlak vermiştir. 10 Haziran 1804 günü Kaçar hükümdarı Feth Ali Şah’ın (1797-1834)
Rusya’ya karşı savaş ilan etmesine kadar geçen süreçte, iki taraf adına da bu
savaşa katılmayı gerektirecek çok sayıda sebep hâsıl olmuştur.



Biz bu çalışmada, Rusya ve İran arasında kaçınılmaz
hale gelen savaşı ve bu savaşa yol açan sebepleri ana hatlarıyla ortaya koymaya
çalışacağız.

On The Main Causes of Russo-Persian War (1804-1813)

Abstract

The Russian expansion into the Transcaucasus from the
last quarter of the 18th Century, that carried out by means of enter
into the territories, which were controlled by Persian and Ottoman states,
initiated a new historical period that had been used widely instruments such as
diplomacy, war and etc. for international politics. Russian occupation actions
continued by means of absorbing Georgian and Armenian communities in the
region, but shortly after, Russians encountered widely resistance of Muslims
and Qajar dynasty, which were non-compromise about traditional policy of their
ancestors. As a consequence broke out the war between two states, and continued
nine years. On June 10, 1804, until the time when the Qajar ruler Fath Ali Shah
(1797-1834)
declared war on Russia, we can propound
many reasons about caused of the war between two sides.



In this paper, we will try to reveal main
reasons that caused war between Russia and Iran (Qajar) states.
