Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık yönetimi bölümlerinde açılan öğretim üyesi ilanlarının profillerinin incelenmesidir. Yöntem: Araştırma kapsamında 2018 Ocak–2019 Temmuz dönemleri arasında Türkiye’deki devlet ve vakıf üniversitelerinde yayımlanan öğretim üyesi ilanları incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Elde edilen verilere göre 114 ilana ve talep edilen 230 öğretim üyesi kadrosuna ulaşılmıştır. Yayımlanan doktor öğretim üyesi (Dr. Öğr. Üyesi) kadrolarının sadece %40,8’inde (n:49) sağlık yönetimi alanında doktora yapma şartı tek başına yer almaktadır. Alan dışı şartlar taşıyan ilanların çoğunluğunun Dr. Öğr. Üyesi kadrolarında yer aldığı görülürken, profesör doktor (Prof. Dr.) ilanlarında kadroların sadece %35,9’unda (n:14) sağlık yönetimi alanı tek başına doktora şartı olarak gösterilmiştir. doçent doktor (Doç. Dr.) ilanlarında ise 71 kadronun yarısından fazlasında doktora yapılan alan belirtilmezken, sadece %38’inde (n:27) sağlık yönetimi alanı öncül kabul edilmiştir. Sonuç: İncelemeler sonucu, yapılan alan dışı atamalarda bölüm için aranan akademisyenin geçmiş bilimsel araştırmaları, sağlık sektörü ile ilgili deneyimlerinin ve alan ile olan bağlantısının sorgulanma oranının düşük olduğu görülmüştür.
Aim: The purpose of this study is to examine the profiles of the academic staff postings opened in the health management departments. Method: Scope of Research in the period between January 2018-July 2019 published ads lecturer at state and private universities in Turkey were examined. Results: According to the data obtained, 114 advertisements and requested 230 faculty members were reached. In only 40.8% (n: 49) of the posted assistant professor staff, the condition of doing a doctorate in the field of health management exists alone. While it is seen that most of the postings with non-field conditions are in the positions of assistant professor, only 35.9% (n: 14) of the posts in professor announcements show the field of health management as a doctoral requirement alone. In Associate Professor announcements, more than half of the 71 staff did not specify the field of doctorate, while only 38.0% (n: 27) of the health management field was accepted as the primary. Conclusions: As a result of the examinations, it has been seen that the rate of questioning the past scientific researches, experiences related to the health sector and the connection with the field of the academician sought for the department is low.
