Mikro saldırganlık kavramının baskı karşıtı sosyal hizmetteki yerine dikkat çekmeye çalışan bu çalışmada Journal of Social Work Education (JSWE) dergisinin 2021, 2022, 2023 ve 2024 yıllarındaki sayılarında yer alan açık erişimli 216 makaleye erişim sağlanmıştır. Dergide yer alan makalelerin özetleri taranmış, makalelerin yöntemlerine ve anahtar kelimelerine göre kodlar oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan kodlamada “mikro saldırganlık” kavramının en az değinilen kavram olduğu tespit edilmiş ve çalışma mikro saldırganlık kavramı odağında şekillenmiştir. Bireyleri/grupları hedef alan kasıtlı ya da kasıtsız, sözel ya da fiziksel olabilen davranışlar şeklinde tanımlanan mikro saldırganlıkların, doğası gereği baskı karşıtı sosyal hizmet kapsamında ele alınmasının uygun olduğu görülmüştür. Bu doğrultuda çalışmada, mikro saldırganlık ile ilgili genel bir çerçeve çizilmeye çalışılmış ve kavramın baskı karşıtı sosyal hizmet bakış açısıyla örtüşen noktalarına değinilmiştir.
In this study, which aims to highlight the place of the microaggression concept in anti-oppressive social work, open access to 216 articles published in the 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 issues of the Journal of Social Work Education (JSWE) was provided. The abstracts of the articles in the journal were scanned, and codes were created based on the methods and keywords of the articles. In the coding process, it was determined that the concept of "microaggression" was the least mentioned concept, and the study was shaped with a focus on the concept of microaggression. It was observed that microaggressions, defined as intentional or unintentional, verbal or physical behaviors targeting individuals/groups, are inherently suitable to be addressed within the scope of anti-oppressive social work. In this context, the study attempts to provide a general framework on microaggression and addresses the points where the concept aligns with the perspective of anti-oppressive social work.
