The study group of the study consisted of 512 healthcare personnel candidates studying in different departments of Cappadocia University. 13 students who were found to have completed the scale form incompletely or incorrectly were excluded from the study, thus the study was conducted on 499 students. 348 of the participants are girls and 151 of them are boys. The results of the study revealed that the attitudes of the healthcare candidates participating in the study towards psychological help differ significantly in terms of gender and referral of their patients to a mental health professional if they think it is necessary, and not significantly different from where they spend most of their lives and whether to get psychological help from a psychiatric care professional.
