The Editor ensures the secure archiving of published materials. Uludag Journal of Theology sends published articles to electronic archives and makes them fully accessible according to the open access principle without requiring any action from the author(s). The author or funding organization may upload a copy of the accepted article to archive sites. Uludag Journal of Theology author license allows reuse of the article only for non-commercial purposes with attribution to the source (with a full citation). Commercial use must be authorized by the authors.

Articles published in Uludag Journal of Theology are digitally archived in LOCKSS. In addition, the published articles can be accessed without embargo in the author's institutional archive (DSpace, AVESİS, etc.), subject archives, or any other archive. Thus, everyone can access this publication for free immediately.
The publisher of Uludag Journal of Theology is pleased to announce the archiving policy in line with the policy of supporting the dissemination of research results.
Uludag Journal of Theology allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author's personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
• Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based archives. There is no embargo period, but the published source should be cited and a link to the journal homepage or article's DOI must be established.
• Authors may download a PDF document of the article. Authors may also send copies of the article to their colleagues without any embargo.
Uludag Journal of Theology allows all versions of the articles (submitted version, accepted version, published version) to be stored in the author's preferred institutional or other archive without embargo.
Uludag Journal of Theology uses the LOCKSS system to enable the creation of permanent archives. Based on the Stanford University Libraries, the LOCKSS Program offers award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tools to provide permanent and authorized access to digital content for libraries and publishers. The LOCKSS Program is a library-led digital preservation system built on the principle of "securing large numbers of copies". It develops and supports libraries using open-source end-to-end digital preservation software.
