OKUL ÖNCESİ DÖNEMDE BABA KATILIMINI ETKİLEYEN DEĞİŞKENLERİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada okul öncesi dönemde çocuğu olan babaların baba katılım düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın katılımcılarını okul öncesi çocuğu olan 251 baba oluşturmaktadır. Veriler Genel Bilgi Formu ve Baba Katılım Ölçeği (Sımsıkı ve Şendil, 2014) yoluyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde t testi, Kruskal Wallis H Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, erkek çocuk sahibi olan babaların temel bakım boyutundan aldıkları puanların, kız çocuk sahibi olan babaların temel bakım boyutundan aldıkları puanlardan istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olarak yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre “Keyfi Meşguliyet” alt ölçeği babanın eğitim durumuna, çocuk sayısına ve çocukların yaşına göre anlamlı bir farklılık olduğunu göstermiştir.
