HASTANELERDE STOK KONTROL YÖNETİMİ: İLAÇ STOKLARININ ABC, VED VE ABC-VED YÖNTEMLERİ İLE ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bağlı bir hastanenin iki yıllık ilaç tüketimlerini incelemek; COVID-19 Pandemisi öncesi ve Pandemi döneminde ilaç tüketimlerindeki değişimi ortaya koymaktır. Hastanenin 2019 ve 2020 yıllarına ait ilaç tüketimleri ABC, VED ve ABC-VED Matrisi stok kontrol yöntemleriyle analiz edilmiştir. Hastanenin 2019 yılında 113 farklı kalem ilaçtan 174.668 adet; 2020 yılında 105 farklı kalem ilaçtan 88.547 adet tükettiği; yıllık ilaç tüketim tutarının 2019’da 785.744,55, 2020’de 650.038,56 TL olduğu belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, 2019’dan 2020’ye toplam ilaçlar içinde I. Kategori ilaçların payı %26’dan %23’e, II. Kategori ilaçların payı %35’ten %28’e düşerken, III. Kategorideki ilaçların payı %40’tan %50’ye yükselmiştir. Parasal açıdan I. ve II. Kategorideki ilaçların payı aynı kalırken III. Kategorideki ilaçların payı artmıştır. Hem maliyet hem de hayati önem açısından en önemli grup olan AV kategorisindeki ilaç tüketimi 2019 yılında 3 adet iken 2020 yılında 4 adet olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Pandemi döneminde ilaç tüketim miktarının ve tutarlarının genel olarak azaldığı tespit edilmiştir.

INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGEMENT IN HOSPITALS: ANALYSIS OF DRUG INVENTORIES WITH ABC, VED AND ABC-VED METHODS

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the two-year drug consumption of a hospital with Ministry of Health; to reveal the change in drug consumption before the COVID-19 Pandemic and pandemic period. The drug consumptions of the hospital examined for the years 2019 and 2020 were analyzed with ABC, VED and ABC-VED Matrix stock control methods. The hospital examined was 174,668 out of 113 different drugs in 2019; consumed 88,547 units of 105 different drugs in 2020. The annual drug consumption amount was 785,744.55 TL in 2019, it was 650,038,56 TL in 2020. As a result of the analysis, the share of Category I drugs in total drugs decreased from 26% to 23%, the share of Category II drugs decreased from 35% to 28%, while the share of Category III drugs decreased from 40% to 50% has risen to. In monetary terms, the share of drugs in Category I and II remained the same, while the share of drugs in Category III increased. According to the ABC-VED analysis, it was determined that while the consumption of drugs in the AV category, which is the most important group in terms of both cost and vitality, was 3 in 2019, it was 4 in 2020. It has been determined that the amount and amounts of drug consumption decreased in general during the pandemic period.
