Foremost among these gains are its contributions to the measurement and evaluation processes that form the foundation of education. In this context, this study examines the potential benefits, application areas, risks, and recommendations that can be developed in this context for the use of AI in educational measurement and evaluation, using a systematic literature review method. The research findings reveal that AI has the potential to offer significant contributions to students (in-depth performance insights, individualized education, identification of at-risk students, increased engagement and motivation), educators/administrators (time savings, automated grading, increased efficiency, objective evaluation), and measurement-evaluation processes (validity/reliability analysis, automated item generation, test improvement, data-driven decision-making). However, it is emphasized that ethical violations that may arise with the use of AI should also be considered. Particularly, the importance of adopting a controlled approach under teacher guidance in educational measurement and evaluation processes is one of the main conclusions of the study. In this context, various recommendations have been presented in technical, pedagogical, ethical, and legal dimensions for the effective and safe use of AI in educational measurement and evaluation processes. These recommendations aim to maximize the benefits from the innovative opportunities offered by AI while minimizing potential risks.</p>

Araştırma bulguları, AI&#039;nın öğrencilere (derinlemesine performans bilgileri, bireyselleştirilmiş eğitim, risk altındaki öğrencilerin belirlenmesi, katılım ve motivasyonun artırılması), eğitimcilere/yöneticilere (zaman tasarrufu, otomatik not verme, verimlilik artışı, objektif değerlendirme) ve ölçme-değerlendirme süreçlerine (geçerlilik/güvenilirlik analizi, otomatik madde oluşturma, test iyileştirme, veriye dayalı karar verme) önemli katkılar sunma potansiyeline sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
