Uşak Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi Elektrik Bölümü Atölyelerinde Risk Değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, bir meslek lisesi elektrik atölyesindeki potansiyel risklerin belirlenmesi, detaylı bir değerlendirme yapılması ve gerekli önleyici tedbirlerin incelenmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır Çalışmada, atölye ortamında kullanılan ekipmanlar, mevcut iş güvenliği uygulamaları ve çalışanların bilgi düzeyi dikkate alınarak ulusal ve uluslararası standartlar bağlamında bir risk analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizde elektrik çarpması, yangın, kısa devre, aşırı yük ve mekanik yaralanmalar gibi risk unsurları detaylı olarak ele alındı. Her bir risk faktörü için, belirlenen tehlikeler, risk değerlendirme yöntemleri ve ölçüm sonuçlarına göre kapsamlı değerlendirmeler yapılmış; bu kapsamda risklerin en aza indirilmesi için stratejik öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Bulgular, mevcut risk yönetimi uygulamalarındaki eksiklikleri ortaya koymakta ve güvenli bir çalışma ortamı sağlamak için atölye personelinin eğitilmesinin ve sürekli denetim mekanizmalarının uygulanmasının önemini vurgulamaktadır. Çalışma sonucunda 57 riskli durumdan 3'ünün çok yüksek riskli, 24'ünün yüksek riskli, 25'inin orta riskli ve 5'inin düşük riskli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma, meslek lisesi elektrik atölyelerinde uygulanabilecek düzeltici önlemler için öneriler sunarak risklerin en aza indirilmesine ve işyeri kazalarının önlenmesine katkıda bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Risk Assessment in the Workshops of the Uşak Turkey Chambers and Exchanges Union Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Electricity Department

Abstract

This study is prepared for the purpose of identifying potential risks in a vocational high school electrical workshop, conducting a detailed evaluation, and examining the necessary preventive measures In the study, a risk analysis was carried out in the context of national and international standards by taking into account the equipment used in the workshop environment, the existing occupational safety practices, and the knowledge level of the employees. The analysis discussed in detail risk elements such as electric shock, fire, short circuit, overload, and mechanical injuries. For each risk factor, comprehensive evaluations were made based on the identified hazards, risk assessment methods, and measurement results; within this scope strategic recommendations were developed to minimize risks. The findings reveal shortcomings in the current risk management practices and emphasize the importance of training workshop personnel and implementing continuous inspection mechanisms to ensure a safe working environment. As a result of the study, among 57 risky situations, 3 were found to be very high risk, 24 high risk, 25 medium risk, and 5 low risk. The study aims to contribute to minimizing risks and preventing workplace accidents by offering recommendations for corrective measures that can be applied in vocational high school electrical workshops.
