Bu amaçla başlattığı İklim İçin Okul Grevi kampanyası ve yürüttüğü iklim değişikliği mücadelesi nedeniyle 2019 yılının Aralık ayında Time dergisi tarafından yılın insanı seçilen Greta Thunberg’e ilişkin olarak yazılı basında çıkan haberler analiz edilecektir. Thunberg’ın yılın insanı seçildiği 2019 Aralık ayı içerisindeki Habertürk, Cumhuriyet, Hürriyet, Yeni Şafak, Posta ve Akit gazetelerinde konuyla ilgili yer alan haberler çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Aralık 2019 döneminde tesbit edilen 16 haber MAXQDA 21 programı kullanılarak nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan içerik analizi ile incelenecektir. Greta Thunberg konulu haberler öncelikle bilgilendirme ve depolitizasyon ana kategorilerinde sınıflandırılmıştır.</p>
