SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR KALKINMA PERSPEKTİFİNDEN YENİLENEBİLİR ENERJİ: KAMU POLİTİKALARININ GEREKLİLİĞİ

Year 2017, Volume: 8 Issue: 19, 93 - 109, 21.11.2017

Abstract

Kalkınmanın sürdürülebilirliği fosil yakıtlara bağımlılığın ortadan
kaldırılması ile mümkün görünmektedir. Enerji arz güvenliği, enerji
kaynaklarının çeşitlendirilmesi, zararlı çevresel etkiler vb. ülkelerin
sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı gerçekleştirmede çözmek zorunda oldukları sorunların
başında gelmektedir. Bu sorunun çözümü yenilenebilir enerji teknolojilerinin
geliştirilmesi ve yaygınlaştırılmasına bağlı görünmektedir. Fakat piyasa
yapısı, idari ve yasal düzenlemeler,  vb.
koşullar bu teknolojilerin kullanımının önünde engel oluşturmaktadır. Bu
sebeple yenilenebilir enerji teknolojilerinin kamu politikaları ile
desteklenmesi gerekmektedir.

A RENEWABLE ENERGY FROM SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE: THE REQUIREMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES

Year 2017, Volume: 8 Issue: 19, 93 - 109, 21.11.2017
https://doi.org/10.21076/vizyoner.336532

Abstract

Sustainability of development
seems possible with the abolition of dependence on fossil fuels. Energy supply
security, diversification of energy resources, harmful environmental effects,
etc. are the main problems that countries have to solve in order to realize
sustainable development. The solution to this problem seems to depend on the
development and dissemination of renewable energy technologies. However, market
structure, administrative and legal regulations, etc. are obstacles to the use
of these technologies. For this reason, renewable energy technologies need to
be supported by public policies.
