As digitalization is an important part of our lives, cyberbullying is also becoming widespread. Since cyberbullying negatively affects every aspect of our lives, it also affects the academicians. While bullying creates stress in business life, it also affects productivity. In the study, the mediating role of job stress in the effect of cyberbullying sensitivity on organizational productivity is investigated. The aim of the study is to determine how the sensitivity of academicians to cyberbullying affects their productivity and stress management. As a scale in the research, the cyberbullying sensitivity scale, the job stress scale and the productivity scale are utilized. The permissions for the scale to be used in the research are obtained from the scale owners, and at the same time, the ethics committee permissions of Ordu University Rectorate Social and Human Sciences Research Ethics Committee, dated 28.04.2022 and numbered 2022-87 are obtained. Convenience sampling method is used in the research. The sample of the research consists of 558 participants who work as academicians in various universities in Türkiye. In the study, confirmatory factor analysis is used for the validity of the scales and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is used for the reliability. In the research, analyzes are made using SPSS.22 and AMOS.26 package programs. The research findings reveal that there is a significant positive relationship between sensitivity to cyberbullying and organizational productivity, and that job stress has a partial mediating role in this effect.
