Tükenmişlik Sendromu Covid-19 Duygusal Tükenme Sağlık Çalışanları Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği
In the study, it is aimed to determine the burnout levels of health personnel working in the Covid-19 Pandemic Outpatient Clinic and inpatient services related to Covid-19 in Tokat State Hospital. A questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. In the study, the Maslach burnout scale is applied to 387 health personnel. T test, one-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis are performed. The general burnout score of the health personnel is found to be x̄=2.91, emotional exhaustion x̄=3.59, depersonalization x̄=2.63, and personal success x̄=2.37. Emotional exhaustion is high, depersonalization is moderate, and personal achievement perceptions are low in healthcare workers. The burnout levels of the staff and nurses who are new to the service, single and have no children are found to be high and they should be supported more. According to this, it is seen that the emotional exhaustion is high, depersonalization is moderate, and personal achievement is low in health personnel. Depersonalization is found in physicians, emotional exhaustion is high in nurses, and personal success level is low in health officials. According to the responses given to the work-related stress factors experienced by the health personnel, the most stress factors are the lack of rewards and appreciation, incompatibilities in the working system, coping with the expectations and wishes of patients and their relatives, and economic inadequacies. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the working environment and working conditions of health personnel.
