ETİK LİDERLİK, ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK VE İŞ TATMİNİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE: CİNSİYET VE ÇALIŞMA SÜRESİNİN FARKLILAŞTIRICI (MODERATE) ROLÜ

Abstract

Etik liderlik, örgütsel
bağlılık ve iş tatmini işletmeler için oldukça önemlidir. Çünkü işletmenin
amaçlarına ulaşmasını etkileyen en önemli unsurlardan üçüdür. Bu çalışmanın
amacı etik liderlik, örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatmini ilişkisinde cinsiyetin ve
çalışma süresinin farklılaştırıcı rolünü ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç kapsamında
Antalya’da otel işletmelerinde 391 çalışana yönelik anket çalışması
yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler AMOS 20 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir.

liderliğin örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisinde hem cinsiyet hem de çalışma
süresinin farklılaştırıcı rolü olduğu ve erkeklere göre kadınların örgütsel
bağlılıklarında da etik liderliğin daha önemli bir faktör olduğu ve işlet
mede bir yıl ve daha az
süre çalışanların bir yıldan daha fazla süre çalışanlara oranla etik liderliğin
örgüte bağlılıkları açısından daha belirleyici olduğu tespit edilmiştir

Abstract








Ethical leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are of vital importance for
businesses as they are three of most important components leading the business to achieve its
objectives. The study aims at revealing the moderate role of gender and working duration in
relationship among ethical leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Within this
scope questionnaires were conducted with 319 employees in hotel businesses in Antalya. Data  
obtained were analyzed through AMOS 20 package program. As a result, it has been observed both
gender and working duration have moderate role in terms of the effect of ethical leadership on
organizational commitment and ethical leadership is much more important for women rather than
men in terms of their commitment to organization.
