                            <p>Bu makale, metinlerarasılık kavramının yerelleştirmesüreçlerindeki önemini Suskunlar (Show TV, 2012) dizisi örneği üzerinden tartışmayıhedefler. Makale, yerel yayın serüveninin ardından Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ndeGame of Silence (2016) adıyla uyarlanan Suskunlar dizisine dair Türkiye ve Amerikan medyasında üretilen söylemlereodaklanarak, dizinin farklı yerel düzlemlerde farklı metinlerle ilişkilendirilmesininyerelleştirme sürecine olan etkisini araştırır. Böylelikle makale, aynı kaynakmetinden esinlenilerek üretilen içeriklerin kurulan farklı metinlerarası ilişkilendirmelersayesinde farklı yerelleşme süreçlerinden geçtiklerini iddia eder.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>This articleaims to discuss localization processes in scripted format adaptations byparticularly focusing on Turkish TV series Suskunlar(Game of Silence, Show TV, 2012)which is later adapted in the U.S. as Game of Silence (2016).By adopting a discursive approach, the article aims to investigate a wide rangeof information that is spread aboutSuskunlar and Game of Silence inthe Turkish and American media sphere. The article is especially interested ininvestigating the role that ‘intertextuality’ play in localizing scriptedformats and intends to point at the different localization processes that theseries go under in different localities.</p></abstract>
