Amaç: Çocuk hemşirelerinde, çocukları sevme ve mizah tarzlarını değerlendirmek, aralarındaki ilişkiyi incelemek ve etkileyenfaktörleri belirlemektir.Materyal ve Metot: Tanımlayıcı tipte olan araştırma, Şubat- Temmuz 2019 tarihleri arasında, Atatürk Üniversitesi SağlıkAraştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi’nin çocuk klinik ve polikliniklerinde çalışan hemşireler ile gerçekleştirildi. Araştırmanınevrenini, belirtilen merkezin klinik ve polikliniklerinde aktif çalışmakta olan hemşireler oluşturdu. Örnekleme yönteminegidilmeden evrenin tamamı ile çalışıldı. Araştırma, 114 hemşire ile tamamlandı. Verilerin toplanmasında, Soru Formu, ÇocukSevme Ölçeği ve Mizah Tarzları Ölçeği kullanıldı. Veriler, bilgisayar ortamında değerlendirildi. Etik ilkelere bağlı kalındı.Bulgular: Hemşirelerin çoğunluğunun çocukları sevdiği, çocuk sevme düzeyinin (76.13±15.15) yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Aim: In pediatric nurses, to evaluate liking child and humor styles, to examine the relationship between them and determinethe factors affected.Material and Method: The descriptive study was conducted between February- July 2019 with nurses working in the pediatricclinics and polyclinics of Atatürk University Health Research and Application Center. The universe of the study consisted ofnurses working actively in the clinics and polyclinics of the center. The whole of the universe was studied without going to thesampling method. The research was completed with 114 nurses. Question Form, Liking Child Scale and Humor Styles Scalewere used for data collection. Data were evaluated in computer environment. It was adhered to ethical principles.Results: It was determined that the majority of the nurses loved the children and the level of loving children was high (76.13± 15.15).
