                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı, iklim değişikliğinin kadın üreme sağlığına olan etkilerine yönelik kadınlara verilen eğitimin bilgi durumuna ve iklim değişikliği farkındalığına etkisini incelemektir.Yöntem: Araştırma, ön-test ve son-test modelli deneysel olarak, Nisan 2023-Şubat 2024 tarihleri arasında bir kamu hastanesinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini bu hastaneye başvuran kadınlar, örneklemini toplam 80 kadın oluşturmuştur (eğitim grubu n=40 ve kontrol grubu n=40). Veriler “Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve İklim Değişikliği Farkındalık Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır.Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan eğitim grubundaki kadınların İklim Değişikliği Farkındalık Ölçeği ön ve son test toplam puan ortalamaları (1,78±6,16 ve 3,35±4,98) arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu, eğitimle birlikte kadınların iklim değişikliğinin etkilerine yönelik farkındalıklarının anlamlı düzeyde yükseldiği saptanmıştır (p0,05). Eğitim ve kontrol grubundaki kadınlar arasında İklim Değişikliği Farkındalık Ölçeği ön test toplam puan ortalamaları açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmazken (1,78±6,16 ve 1,80±10,16), eğitim grubundaki kadınların son test toplam puan ortalamalarının kontrol grubundaki kadınlara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu (3,35±4,98 ve 1,73±8,90) saptanmıştır (p</p></abstract>
