About JIMM
JIMM started publishing as Electronic Journal of Occupational Improvement and Research (EJOIR) in 2013. The journal was last published under the name of EJOIR in November 2016, and the journal defined itself in terms of subject and scope and decided to continue its life as a social science journal under the name of JIMM. With your valuable contributions, JIMM is determined to continue its journey to become an important stakeholder of the Turkish scientific community and gain a permanent place there. JIMM aims to publish scientific studies in Business, Public Administration, Methodology, Philosophy of Science, Organization Studies, and Sociology. JIMM is published biannually (April and October) in electronic format (e-ISSN: 2602-2125).
