Patateste (Solanum tuberosum L.) Temel Tohumluk Üretiminde Kullanılan Eski ve Yeni Meristem Stoklarının Morfolojik ve Verim Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Year 2017, Volume: 54 Issue: 3, 293 - 300, 28.09.2017

Abstract

Başlangıçta her iki gruba ait in vitro fidelerden sera koşullarında mini yumrular elde

Determination of the Morphological and Yield Characteristics of Old and New Meristem Stocks Used in Basic Seed Production in Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.)

Year 2017, Volume: 54 Issue: 3, 293 - 300, 28.09.2017
https://doi.org/10.20289/zfdergi.387902

Abstract

Old meristem stocks of 9 potato clones belong to 3
potato genotypes obtained through meristem culture in 2006 and the new meristem
stocks obtained from the tubers of the old stocks via meristem culture in 2011
were compared under the field conditions. Minitubers obtained from the in vitro seedlings of two groups were
grown in a field trial arranged in the
Randomized
Complete Block Design (
RCBD) in 2013 and 2014. The morphologic and yield characteristics were
evaluated. When the old and the new stocks were compared there were no
significant differences for the morphologic traits such as
plant height (cm) stem number, leaf number, leaf width (cm) and length
(cm) and yield traits such as tuber number, single tuber weight (g), hill yield
(g), and plot yield (kg).
Among the clones there were significant differences for all morphologic
traits except leaf length (cm) and hill yield (g) and plot yield (kg) of yield
traits.
