THE DIMENSIONS OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Öz

The objective of this study was to construct the dimensions of social
entrepreneurship by a grounded research approach. The type of research is
grounded research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis is done by coding
techniques. This research was conducted in Papua Province, Indonesia. The
results founded that the dimensions of social entrepreneurship based on calling
for conscience, humanity, spirituality, trustworthiness, and social learning to
help others around them and what they see. Moreover, the dimensions of social
entrepreneurship contribute to HRD that shape the characteristics of
individuals who have a greater sense of empathy, social intelligence,
accountability, creativity, and innovation.

Öz
