İşin Önemi ve Yönetici Desteğinin Bireysel Yaratıcılık Üzerindeki Etkisi

Öz

Yaratıcılık örgütlerin hızla değişen
pazarlara ve teknolojik koşullara adapte olmasını sağlayan inovasyonun temel
sürücü gücü olarak görülmektedir. Bireysel bir özellik olmakla birlikte, örgütsel
çevre unsurları bireysel yaratıcılığın yaratıcı sonuçlara ve inovasyona
yönlendirilmesinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu nedenle mevcut çalışma
yaratıcılığı destekleyen yönetici tutum ve davranışlarının ve iş
özelliklerinden biri olan işin öneminin çalışanların bireysel yaratıcılıkları
üzerindeki etkisini inceleyen bir model önermektedir. Model, Kocaeli
bölgesinde, onaylı ARGE Merkezine sahip ve kimya sektöründe faaliyet gösteren
işletmelerden 100 yönetici ve çalışan katılımı ile test edilmiştir. PLS-SEM
analizinden elde edilen sonuçlar hem yöneticilerin yaratıcılığı destekleyen
tutum ve davranışlarının hem de işin öneminin bireysel yaratıcılığın sıklıkla
sergilenmesinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.
