Editorial Principles

The articles submitted to the journal must comply with the writing rules.

The articles submitted to the journal must have never been published anywhere and should not have been submitted for publication at the present time.

The languages of publication are Turkish and English. Scientific and linguistic responsibility for the work published in the journal belongs to the author(s).

It will be evaluated not only by academicians, but also by researchers and practitioners.

Not only academicians but also researchers and practitioners can submit to the journal.

The articles should be submitted to the journal via DergiPark system, in MS Office Word program (.doc or .docx).

One of the most important things about the submitted articles is that: In accordance with the blind peer review process, the first page of the article file should contain only author name / names, institution, e-mail information and additional information (thanks, explanation etc.). The main article text must begin on the 2nd page, separate from the first page, without any author information.

After the plagiarism detection process, articles are sent to at least 2 reviewers. If both review reports are positive, the article is accepted for publication. If one of the reports is negative, the third reviewer will be determinant.

The articles that have completed the evaluation process are listed by the date of acceptance and published in the relevant issue of the journal. Acceptance e-mail will be sent to the author(s) for the articles accepted for publication via DergiPark.

The same author(s) cannot publish more than one articles in one volume.

An author can not submit more than one article in a calendar year.

Apart from original researches, translations are also published from time to time. The copy showing where the translation has been published should be sent as a supplement to the manuscript together with the approval of the author(s) and the original publication.

Corrections may be requested from the authors(s) in accordance with the reports from the reviewers. The author(s) is obliged to make all the changes requested by the referees. The article will not be published until the desired changes are made.

There are no royalties paid to the author(s) for works published in the journal. 

The published articles can be used in accordance with our Open Access Policy and Creative Commons license, provided that the source is shown.

The opinions expressed in, and responsibilities of the articles belong to the authors.

If the research article is supported by any institution or is produced from earlier works, this should be indicated on the first page of the article file.
