Öz

Öncelikle çağdaş kural dışı tekfircilik bütün değişkenlerin bağımlı olabildiği

çoğul, fakat dengeli bir yaklaşımla kavranabilecek bir vakıadır. Hangi makro yapısal

unsurun ne kadar etkili olduğu kişi ve gruplar yanında, sosyal bağlama göre de değişkenlik

arz eder. İkinci olarak, tekfirciliğin temelinde bir algı ve inanma düzeyi olarak

dini yorum yatar. Bu algı ve inanma düzeyini meydana getiren yorumlama biçimi

öne sürdüğümüz modelde içerden ve dışardan birbirini tetikleyen faktörlerin etkisi

altında şekillenir. İçerden faktörler birinci makalede ele alınmıştı. Dışarıdan faktörler

ise “Modernleşmenin Zemini Olarak İslam Dünyasında Daralma ve Çatışmalar”, “Modernleşme

Krizi” ve “Sosyal Bütünleşme Krizi” şeklinde üçlü bir yapı olarak karşımıza

çıkar. Çağdaş tekfircilik, otorite boşlukları ve iç çatışmalar tarafından tırmandırılmaktadır.

Otorite ve devlet problemini çözmeden tekfir probleminin çözülmesi muhaldir.

Diğer taraftan sadece zihniyet değiştirme faaliyetleri de yeterli değildir. Makul bir

modernleşme süreci içinde refahın orta tabakalara doğru yayılması gerekmektedir.

O zaman sivil siyaset araçları gelişerek marjinal eğilimler sistemle bütünleşme fırsatı

yakalayacaktır.

A Model for the Structural Elements of Contemporary Takfir Discourse-II

Öz

Contemporary takfir can be understood in plural but a well-balanced approach

that all dynamics might be related to the takfir behavior. The effect of macro

structural elements over the takfir act is not only changeable according to persons and

groups, but also the social context of takfiris. Secondly, religious interpretation underlies

the basis of takfir as a form of belief and perception. This form of interpretation

and belief system is being taken shaped under effects of internal and external factors

according to the model put forward in the article. The Internal dynamics had been

dealt with in the first article. The external factors that will be tackled in this article

make up “the crisis under negative effect of invasion and controls”, “the crisis of modernism”

and “the crisis of political integration.” Since the lack of authority and inner

conflicts escalade modern takfirism, it is crucial to solve the state and authority problems

first. It is also prerequisite to widen middle classes on the economic base within

a reasonable process of modernism. Then there will be an opportunity to integrate the

marginal groups into the system with the civic political apparatus.
